Important note before you place your order: 

Thank you so much for your support! Please note that for all new orders, we will be brewing fresh candles. Hence please be patient with us while we prepare to make and ship out your candles as soon as we can. Refer to our cut off time below.

For very urgent orders, please indicate in the comments when you order by when you need it. We will try our best to fulfill it urgently.

 Cut-off Time:

• For orders received BEFORE Friday 6pm, it will be shipped out either Monday or Tuesday.
• For orders received AFTER Friday 6pm, it will be shipped out the following Monday or Tuesday. 
• HOWEVER, if you need us to ship out your candles urgently, please leave a note when you cart out your orders and your expected date to receive it. We will try our best to fulfil your orders earlier and let you know if we can’t commit to your orders. Full refund will be provided if we are unable to fulfil your orders. :)
• Classic Soy Candle comes with a black box with red ribbon.
